Furniture expertise in demand
A staggering 634 sets of furniture have been manufactured and delivered to HMP Belmarsh, in just 10 weeks, by T&S Group.
The contract - worth in excess of £1m – saw T&S produce Trespa furniture for a 1200 space new build at the Essex prison. The order was the largest placed for furniture in the custodial sector for over five years.
Our design expertise, and experience working with Trespa materials, has led to ongoing work at Bellmarsh on IPS for prison paneling to create flush security walls which are attack resistant and provide a high-spec hygiene and cleaning solution.
Continuing the crime and justice theme, T&S Group’s Furniture division has been called on to design and manufacture court room furniture in Colchester and Chelmsford.
