T&S Group’s Furniture Division demonstrated its versatility with the completion of three prestigious contracts before Christmas.

The Division has manufactured cell furniture for Lowdham Grange Closed Training Prison, producing beds, storage units and desks for the 264 cell re-fit. The project was worth £350,000 to T&S Group, and all items were fabricated at the Furniture Division’s Tuxford factory.

A similar order, worth £50,000, has been won to supply main contractors
Interserve in a re-fit project at HMP Bronzefield.

At the same time the T&S Furniture team was designing, manufacturing and installing high quality wooden banquet benching for Watford Boys Grammar School. The dining tables and high-backed oak seats showcased T&S’ attention to detail and craftsmanship. This high specification bespoke joinery contract was worth more than £38,000

Our Furniture Division has also recently been awarded a £500,000 contract to supply cell furniture, alongside many additional bespoke items, for
GTC and G4S for HMP Parc in South Wales.
